Rogues are any hostile cats not affiliated with Clans. They pose a threat to Clancats and will generally retaliate if confronted, and tend to be disdainful of their culture. Prey varies based on location and can be anything that is seen eaten by the Clans. Exiled cats are always considered to be rogues, because if that cat was exiled, it was for a reason that makes that cat an enemy.
